Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 tablespoon dark brown sugar adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice + more for sprinkling on top
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1/2 cup whole milk or 120ml
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream or 25ml
  • whipped cream (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add brown sugar, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and two espresso shots to a mason jar. Froth with an electric whisk, or close the mason jar and shake until the espresso is frothy and the mixture is well combined.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and milk, then shake the jar until frothy.
  • Fill a glass cup with ice, pour in the drink, and top with whipped cream. Finally, sprinkle some pumpkin pie spice on the whipped cream.
