Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon greek yogurt
  • 1.5 tablespoon cashew butter or almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1.5 tablespoon semi sweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Add rolled oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, Greek yogurt, cashew butter, vanilla bean paste, cinnamon, and milk to a bowl or a mason jar. Mix with a spoon or whisk until combined. Make sure the cashew butter is fully incorporated with the milk.
  • Add semi-sweet chocolate chips and give it a mix.
  • Close the lid or cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
