This easy iced pumpkin spice latte recipe is perfect for pumpkin spice lovers who want to enjoy their favorite fall flavors while still staying cool. Plus, you can make this delicious treat at home in just a few simple steps!

Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Make the Pumpkin Espresso

In a mason jar, combine the brown sugar, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and two shots of espresso. Froth with an electric whisk or, if you don’t have one, close the jar and give it a good shake until the espresso is frothy and everything is well mixed.

2. Add the Milk

Pour the heavy cream and milk into the jar, and shake until the mixture becomes frothy.

3. Assemble your Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte

Fill a cup with ice, pour in the pumpkin-spiced espresso mixture, and top with whipped cream (if desired). For the finishing touch, sprinkle some extra pumpkin pie spice on top of the whipped cream.

Tips for the Best Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte:

  • Espresso Shots: If you don’t have an espresso machine, you can substitute with strong brewed coffee or instant espresso powder.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 tablespoon dark brown sugar adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice + more for sprinkling on top
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1/2 cup whole milk or 120ml
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream or 25ml
  • whipped cream (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add brown sugar, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and two espresso shots to a mason jar. Froth with an electric whisk, or close the mason jar and shake until the espresso is frothy and the mixture is well combined.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and milk, then shake the jar until frothy.
  • Fill a glass cup with ice, pour in the drink, and top with whipped cream. Finally, sprinkle some pumpkin pie spice on the whipped cream.
