Easy, quick and creamy baked eggs ready in 10 minutes. This is such a hassle free one bowl recipe. If you have a toaster oven, it gets even better because you don’t have to preheat anything.

10 Min Baked Eggs
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 5 – 6 cherry tomatoes cut into halves
- 1 tbsp milk or heavy cream
- 1 tbsp cheese shredded
- 1 pinch salt or as per taste
- 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Take a 8oz ramekin. Add washed spinach leaves and cherry tomatoes to it.
- Crack in two eggs. Season the eggs with salt and pepper. Add milk & shredded cheese on top.
- Bake at 375F/ 190C for 10 min. If you like a runnier yolk, bake it for 8 minutes.
Notes
- I used a toaster oven so it didn’t require me to preheat, however, if you’re using a regular oven make sure you preheat it first.
- You can use mozzarella, cheddar or parmesan. I used the Mexican cheese blend which consisted of monterey jack, queso asadero and cheddar cheese.
