This 4 ingredient Thai iced coffee is so flavourful and delicious, it’s about to become your new favourite coffee for those busy mornings.
It is super easy to make and uses simple everyday ingredients. It’s bold in flavours, sweet and creamy- overall, a lovely way to start your day! I use espresso shots in this recipe but you may use about 1/4 cup of strong coffee if you don’t have access to espresso shots. This coffee is way better than regular iced coffee and just as easy to prepare.
I have shared Vietnamese iced coffee recipe before which is very similar and the only difference here is the additional milk and cardamom.
Ingredients:
- 2 shots of espresso
- 2 tbsp sweet condensed milk
- 1/8 tsp cardamom
- 1/2 cup milk
- ice cubes
How to make Thai Iced Coffee:
- Take 2 shots of espresso, add cardamom and condensed milk to it. Then, mix until everything is combined.
- Take a glass, add ice cubes and then pour in the espresso concoction. Then, add milk to it, stir and serve!
- You may reduce the amount of milk if you like your coffee stronger.
