This is a part of my 3 no churn ice creams. A homemade, eggless, no churn strawberry ice cream, it’s such a satisfying dessert.
I know most people like chocolate ice cream over strawberry, but this one is special as I’ve not used fresh strawberries in it. It tasted so good and the colour was so pretty too!

Ingredients:
- Whipping cream- 1/2 cup (chilled)
- Condensed milk- 3 tbsp
- Vanilla extract- 1/2 tsp
- Strawberry flavoured jello- 2 tbsp
Method:
- Chill the bowl and whisk (if using hand whisk) in the fridge before preparing the ice cream. This will make the whole process a little easier.
- First, add in cream, whisk it until for about a minute or two until frothy/ bubbly. Then, add in condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Now, whisk everything until it’s just combined.
- Then, add in 2 tbsp of strawberry jello powder. Now, whisk again until it reaches soft peaks.
- Transfer the ice cream batter to a freezer safe container and freeze for at least 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
- Once fully frozen, scoop out some ice cream and garnish with a tiny fresh mint leaf.
