Ingredients:
- Bread slices- 5
- Mayonnaise- 2 tbsp
- Capsicum- 1/4 cup finely chopped
- Carrot- 1/4 cup finely chopped
- Sweet corn kernels- 2 tbsp boiled
- Red onion- 1/4 cup finely chopped
- Salt- 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
- Oregano- 1 tsp
Method:
- Take the bread slices and slice off the edges. Keep them aside.
- Take a bowl, add in all the veggies, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, oregano and mayonnaise. Mix those well. Now, the filling for the sandwiches is ready.
- Take a slice, add a generous amount of filling on it and cover it with another slice and press it gently.
- Take some cling film and wrap the sandwiches tightly in it. Keep these in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes to chill and then serve these chilled with tomato ketchup!
