Mango Salad Recipe – Summer Salad Recipes

This mango salad is one refreshing summer salad recipe. It’s sweet, salty, minty, citrusy with a tinge of sourness. It is a really flavourful salad. It takes no time to be prepared. Plus, it is better to eat mangoes this way!


I will post more such fruit salad recipes very soon, until then, enjoy this mango salad recipe.
This salad can make a nice starter for a get together. If you make this salad, make sure to send me the picture on my fb page or instagram.

Ingredients:

  • Ripe &  chopped mango- 1/2 cup
  • Salt- 1/4 tsp (you can adjust this)
  • Red chilli powder/ chilli flakes- 1/4 tsp (you can adjust this)
  • Fresh mint leaves- 6 to 8 chopped
  • Lemon juice- 1 tsp
  • Granulated sugar- 1/2 tbsp

Method:

  • Take a bowl, add in the chopped mango. Then, add in lemon juice and mix well.
  • Add salt, red chilli powder and granulated sugar and mix everything.
  • Finally, add in the chopped mint leaves and stir it.
  • Chill the mango salad for at least 10 minutes before serving.
