Summer is on peak now, and it’s getting hotter and hotter each passing day. So, what’s better than summer drinks? I have an amazing lemon iced recipe. This is a lemon iced tea recipe from scratch.
It’s very easy to make, you can make it and keep it in the fridge for about 2 to 3 days and enjoy it anytime you want. But, it is best to have it within a day itself.

- Ice cubes- as many as you want

Method:
- Take a pan, add in water. Let it get to boil, which would take about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Once it starts to boil, add in tea leaves and stir it with a spoon.
- Turn off the stove.
- Let it cool just a little. Then, add in lemon juice and stir so that the tea and lemon juice are mixed well.
- Add in sugar and stir for about 5 to 10 minutes or until all the sugar is dissolved.
- Then, let the tea get to room temperature. After it gets to room temperature, keep it in the fridge to chill for about 4 to 5 hours.
- Once it is chilled, take a serving glass, add in ice cubes, lemon slices and fill the glass halfway with the chilled tea. Then, fill the glass to the top with some cold water.
- Serve chilled.
