This is one amazing healthy recipe. Healthy and tasty don’t really go hand in hand very often, but this recipe is a good example of healthy and yummy! Hope you like this honey chilli soya chunks recipe as much I did.
I previously posted this recipe on a recipes group on facebook, I got such a good response there so I thought I should post it here too. Sorry for no step by step pictures.

Ingredients:
- Soya chunks- 1/2 cup
- Vegetables chopped lengthwise – capsicum, carrot and onions
- Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
- Salt- as per taste
- Chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
- Sugar- 1 tsp
- Honey- 1 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup- 2 to 3 tbsp
- Soya sauce- 1 tbsp
- Vinegar- 1 tbsp
- Garlic cloves- 2 to 3 chopped
- Chopped ginger- 1 tsp
- Black pepper- 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Boil the soya chunks for 5 to 7 minutes till they are double in size, then strain them and squeeze out all the water out from them.
- Cut the soya chunks in half and keep them aside.
- In a pan, add olive oil, heat it a little. Add garlic and ginger, then add onions and spices. Then add carrots and capsicum. Sauté them and add all the sauces. Mix it well.
- Add the sugar and honey. The sugar will caramelise and give a nice flavour. Add all the chunks and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Done!! Serve hot.
