Cucumber Cheese Sandwich – Easy Breakfast Recipe/ Tea Time Sandwiches

This cucumber cheese sandwich is easy and delicious. When you’re in a hurry, use this recipe and don’t leave the house without the most important meal of the day- “breakfast“!

Ingredients:

  • Bread slices- 4
  • Onions- 1/4 cup (chopped)
  • Cucumber- 1/4 cup (peeled, then chopped)
  • Cheese slices- 2
  • Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Salt- 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup- (optional)

Method:

  • Chop off the sides of all the bread slices (no one likes those, lol). Then, take the chopped veggies, add salt, pepper and red chilli powder to them. Mix the veggies and the spices well.
  • Take a bread slice, add a cheese slice and add half of the veggies on it. Cover it with another bread slice to form a sandwich. 
  • Repeat the process with the remaining 2 bread slices. Slice the sandwiches into half. 
  • Your delicious cucmber cheese sandwiches are ready to be served. Serve with some ketchup.
