This pasta is quick and easy to make. It tastes delicious and requires very few ingredients. It is inspired from Dominos White Italian Pasta. I couldn’t replicate it but while trying to replicate that, this recipe came out. It is so good, it doesn’t taste like the Dominos pasta but does taste really good in it’s own way.

It would not take much of your time. You can make this in a jiffy. But, the end product is so satisfying. I am a big fan of this recipe. I’ve made it a lot and this recipe works like a charm, everytime.
Without further delay, let’s dig into the recipe 🙂
Ingredients:
- Flour- 1 tbsp
- Butter (salted)- 2 tbsp
- Salt- according to taste
- Black pepper- according to taste
- Pasta (preferably Penne or Fusilli)- 1 cup
- Oregano- 1 tsp
- Garlic- 3 to 4 cloves finely chopped
- Onion- 1 small diced
- Mozzarella cheese- grated
- Milk- 1 cup
Method:
- Take the pasta and add 3 cups of water to it. Boil it for 10 to 15 minutes or until it is soft enough to be chewed. Then, strain it and wash it with cold water to remove the excessive layer of carbs. Keep it aside.
- Now for preparing the white sauce, take a pan and heat it for a minute, add butter to it and to the melted butter, add garlic and onion. Saute the onions until golden brown. Then, add flour to it and keep mixing it well with the butter on a low flame until it is cooked. It’s colour will change from white to pale yellow to a darker yellow-brown. But, don’t let it cook for too long or else it would burn and form a dark brown colour.
- Add 3/4 cup milk to it and form a smooth sauce (you may add more milk, if required). Keep stirring until a thick sauce is formed. The right consistency is like that of a tomato ketchup.
- Add salt, pepper and oregano to it. Mix it well and then add the boiled pasta to it. Combine the pasta well with the sauce. Add grated mozzarella cheese and add the rest of the milk to it. Mix everything well and cook until the cheese melts and the milk is well combined. The milk and cheese mix together to form a creamy texture which enhances the taste.
- Serve it hot.
