Creamy Strawberry Sandwich – Delicious Sandwich Recipes

I made this creamy strawberry sandwich today for breakfast and it was super delicious. It looks like an elaborate breakfast which may have consumed a lot of time to be prepared, but NO that’s not true. It takes hardly 10 to 15 minutes. It is a perfect sunday morning breakfast when you don’t feel like cooking!

So, in this recipe, I used nutella one time and peanut butter the other time and totally recommend using nutella. If you love peanut butter, then it would taste good. I’m not a big fan of peanut butter, so for me it tasted just fine with peanut butter but with nutella, it is pure heaven!

This recipe is actually inspired from chocolate waffles that I once ate at Belgium, which had whipped cream and strawberries. It is super yummy and easy. You cannot go wrong with this recipe. Make sure to send me a picture if you try it. Now, getting on to the recipe:-

Ingredients:

  • Bread Slices- 2
  • Vanilla Ice Cream- 2 scoops
  • Marshmallows- 4 to 5
  • Strawberries- 3 (2-sliced & 1- chopped)
  • Peanut Butter or Nutella (I recommend Nutella)
  • Chocolate Syrup- for garnishing
  • Salted Butter- 1 tbsp (melted)

Recipe

Take the bread slices and on one of them, spread nutella (or peanut butter). Take the sliced strawberries and place them all over the slice with nutella. Over the strawberries, place the marshmallows. [Make sure to place the marshmallows in the center and not towards the sides because they will melt and stick to the sandwich maker] Cover it up with the other slice so as to make a sandwich. Spread the metled butter on the upper side of the sandwich and place the sandwich on the sandwich maker with the buttery side down. Then, spread butter on the other side too. Grill it until it is golden brown on both the sides. After it is done, scoop out the vanilla ice cream on the top and garnish it with the chopped strawberries and drizzle some chocolate syrup.
Enjoy your quick and easy creamy strawberry sandwich! 🙂
