Another easy-to-make recipe is here. This one time when we were to watch a movie on Sunday all in the middle of our annual exams, I thought to have some nachos along with because nowadays, I feel popcorn is too mainstream! I made this creamy mayonnaise dip and got some doritos or cornito nachos in the flavour olives and herbs.
The nachos were very flavourful but I would recommend each of you to try the nachos in the flavour- jalapenos. That one is divine… I like that the best, out of the three flavours I’ve tasted- cheese, olive and jalapenos.
This recipe would take hardly 5 minutes to prepare if all the ingredients are ready at home. It makes for a wonderful snack.
Ingredients:
- Mayonnaise- 2 tbsp
- Yogurt- 1/2 tbsp
- Lemon juice- 1 tsp
- Tomato ketchup- 1/2 tbsp
- Salt- 1/4 tsp or according to your taste
- Black pepper- 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
- Oregano or Italian Seasoning- 1/2 tsp
Method to make the creamy tangy mayo dip:

- Take the mayonnaise in a bowl, add in curd and tomato ketchup. Mix everything together.
- Add in salt, pepper and red chilli powder and mix well.
- Now, squeeze 1 tsp of lemon juice in and mix. Add the final ingredient- oregano and give it a stir again.
- Your dip is ready to be served with nachos! Ensure that you chill it in the fridge for at least 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
