This is the best brownie recipe ever! I mean it. Also, people are mostly doubtful about baking in microwave. This recipe clears all your doubts about it. Since, it can be baked in microwave too! I literally rely on microwave to bake new stuff because people are never sure of microwave recipes so they’ve to go with oven ones…but with all these microwave recipes, I hope I can build up some confidence.
I had bought some dark chocolates just for baking purposes some time ago but didn’t get the time to bake anything then. They were lying unused and I wanted to use them for a chocolate ganache cake icing but then turned out that I didn’t have any cream at home. So, the only option left was to make a chocolate brownie. As I had some chocolate chips also, I made my brownies super chocolaty. This recipe is for a chocolate lover! My question is, “Who doesn’t like chocolate?” You can never go wrong with it.
It is said to make a person happy immediately after consumption because it releases dopamine in the body and lifts up your mood. I think that is very much true. These brownies were soft, chewy, super chocolaty and fudgy. They were pure heaven. A scoop of vanilla ice cream would’ve been the perfect match for it.
For this recipe, it won’t last any longer than a day, especially if you have kids at home. But, in case it does, you can store it in the fridge but don’t forget to warm it up for 5 to 10 seconds in the microwave before eating it. Warming it would make it fudgy!

Blueberry Cream Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- All purpose flour- 1/2 cup
- Powdered sugar- 1 cup + 2 tbsp
- Unsweetened Cocoa powder- 1 tbsp
- Dark chocolate with 50% cocoa- 160 grams
- Eggs- 2
- Semi-sweetened chocolate chips- a handful
- Unsalted butter- 1/2 cup
- Salt- a generous pinch
- Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
Method to bake the fudgy chocolate brownies:
- Take the dark chocolate and chop it in small pieces. Add it in a bowl with the butter.
- Temper the chocolate in a double boiler (place the chocolate containing bowl over any pan filled with water as high that it doesn’t get into the bowl with chocolate; put the pan on the stove on low flame.) Keep stirring the chocolate with 20 seconds time intervals.
- After the chocolate is completely melted, keep it aside to cool. Preheat the microwave at 250ºC.
- Then, take a bowl, sift in the powdered sugar and add eggs to it. Whisk them well until they combine. Then, add vanilla extract to it.
- Sift in the flour and add a generous pinch of salt. Add the melted chocolate and whisk everything together. Then add in the cocoa powder and fold the batter until it is completely combined.
- Line a microwave safe rectangular/ square pan with parchment/ baking paper and grease it with oil. Pour in the batter and even the surface with a spatula. Sprinkle some chocolate chips on the top.
- Bake it for 30 to 40 minutes at 220ºC. Prick it in the centre to see if it completely baked or not. Once it’s fully baked, let it cool for 30 minutes and then slice in into small squares.
