This is one recipe that I used to eat at some place which I don’t remember and I was so fond of it. I used to get this all the time. It is a very simple and common recipe which many of you might have been already making. But, since I loved it so much, I decided to post it anyways.
I used only two vegetable in it- capsicum and onion even though the place where I ate these stuffed more vegetables like tomatoes which I am not that fond off so I eliminated them. You may add tomatoes if you like but I feel tomatoes ruin the overall flavour so I avoid them as much as possible. I once tried a sandwich recipe with tomato, which was the only one I liked with tomato in it.
I am talking about the Tomato and Corn Sandwich Recipe if you are wondering.

Ingredients:
- Bread slices- 4
- Cheese slices- 2
- Mayonnaise- to spread
- Pizza/ pasta sauce- to spread
- 1/2 Chopped capsicum
- 1/2 Chopped onion
- Salt- 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper- 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
- Oregano- 1 tsp
Method to prepare the capsicum and cheese sandwiches:
- Take any 2 bread slices and spread mayonnaise on them. Spread pizza sauce on the other two.
- Now, add salt, pepper, red chilli powder and oregano to the chopped vegetable and combine the spices well with the vegetables.
- Add equal amounts of vegetables to any two of the slices. Then, add the cheese slices on the top of the vegetables.
- Form a sandwich, spread some oil (I use olive oil) over the sandwiches for better flavour and grill it until the sandwiches are crispy and golden brown.
- Serve hot. When you’ll cut the sandwiches, you’ll see the cheese oozing out.
