Ingredients: (makes 1 cup of coffee)
- Instant coffee powder- 1 tbsp
- Sugar- 3 tbsp (adjust sweetness according to your taste)
- Water- as required
- Milk- 1 cup
- Drinking chocolate- for garnishing (optional)
Method to prepare the indian cappuccino or creamy hand beaten coffee:
- Take coffee powder and sugar in a mug. Add 1/2 tsp of water first and start whisking it with a spoon. The more you beat the coffee, paler it would become in colour and fluffier.
- Keep adding little water in between when you are unable to beat the coffee because of the thickness of the mixture. Watch the video above for a better demonstration.
- Once, your coffee mixture is light and fluffy, put the milk to a boil. After the milk is boiled add it to the coffee mixture.
- Give it a gentle stir with a spoon. Garnish it with some drinking chocolate if you want to. Your creamy homemade indian cappuccino is ready to be savoured!
