This mango salad is one refreshing summer salad recipe. It’s sweet, salty, minty, citrusy with a tinge of sourness. It is a really flavourful salad. It takes no time to be prepared. Plus, it is better to eat mangoes this way!

Ingredients:
- Ripe & chopped mango- 1/2 cup
- Salt- 1/4 tsp (you can adjust this)
- Red chilli powder/ chilli flakes- 1/4 tsp (you can adjust this)
- Fresh mint leaves- 6 to 8 chopped
- Lemon juice- 1 tsp
- Granulated sugar- 1/2 tbsp
Method:
- Take a bowl, add in the chopped mango. Then, add in lemon juice and mix well.
- Add salt, red chilli powder and granulated sugar and mix everything.
- Finally, add in the chopped mint leaves and stir it.
- Chill the mango salad for at least 10 minutes before serving.
