For today I have not only one but 3 no churn ice cream recipes, I’ve also filmed a combined video for all the three. Firstly, I have the very basic vanilla flavour which is liked by all and also goes fine with almost all desserts like brownies, pies and so on.
Great summer recipe for people who love ice cream, including me. It is eggless, so almost everyone can savour it, it doesn’t require any ice cream maker, which is another bonus.

Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
Oreo Mint Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- Heavy whipping cream- 1/2 cup (chilled)
- Condensed milk- 4+1/2 tbsp
- Vanilla extract- 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Take a bowl for whipping the cream, make sure the bowl is kept in fridge for about 15 to 20 minutes before whipping the cream. Since, I used a hand whisk, I kept that too in the fridge to chill.
- Next, take the cream in the bowl and whip it for a minute until it become bubbly/ frothy, then add in condensed milk and whisk it a little, then add vanilla extract and whisk it till it reaches soft peaks.
- Then, with the help of a silicone spatula, scrape off the sides and fold in everything together to make sure everything is well combined.
- Transfer the ice cream mix to a freezer safe container and freeze for 6 to 8 hours or overnight. I prefer overnight.
- Once fully frozen, scoop out some ice cream and garnish with rainbow sprinkles or froot loops like I did.
