Nutella mug brownie recipe is hands down the best instant dessert ever! I loved each bite of it. Also, it is so easy to make and the ingredients are probably lying already in your kitchen.
Everyone would love it. Also, it’s eggless which makes it even better. It is literally so easy to make that even a fifth grader can make it.

Ingredients:
- Butter- 2 tbsp (melted)
- Milk- 4 tbsp + 1 tsp
- Vanilla extract- 1/2 tsp
- Salt- 1/4 tsp
- Baking powder- 1/4 tsp
- Flour- 4 tbsp
- Coco powder (unsweetened)- 3 tbsp
- Powdered sugar- 6 tbsp
- Nutella- 2 tbsp or more
Steps to make it:
- Take melted butter in a bowl. Add in powdered sugar to it and cream both of these ingredients well.
- Then, add in cocoa powder and mix everything well. After that, add in flour and milk. Mix these together until a smooth batter is formed. Also, the batter has to be thick so don’t add in more milk than what is mentioned
- Then, add in vanilla extract, baking powder and salt. Combine everything together.
- Now, take a microwave safe mug/ cup and add in half of the brownie batter, over that add in nutella and then add in the rest of the brownie batter over the nutella.
- Pop it in the microwave for about 1.20 min. But, remember that each microwave is different, your microwave might take lesser or even more time to cook the brownie. So, the best thing to do here is to microwave it for 1 min first and then check if the top is cooked and firm (by poking it gently). If not cooked, microwave in intervals of 5 seconds until it’s fully cooked.
NOTE-
After cooking for 1 min, don’t cook for more than 5 seconds at once if it is still not cooked. Keep checking in between.
