Hey there! I am back with another microwave recipe. It is the simplest brownie recipe ever and tastes delicious. This is an eggless microwave mug brownie recipe. You can whip it up in as quick as 5 minutes and without any hassle.
Brownies are always a good dessert option and it gets even better if you can prepare them quickly. This microwave mug brownie recipe takes 1 minute of cooking time. It’s moist, chocolaty and dense. Adding chocolate chips enhances the flavour a lot as you get a little molten chocolate in the middle of the brownie. It is a single serve recipe which is perfect for your midnight chocolate cravings. It cooks evenly even in the microwave and is not at all dry.
I hope you’ll enjoy this 1 min microwave mug brownie recipe as much as I did and don’t forget to send me your pictures! ♥︎
